The Dark Knight Rises

Influences and factors that contributed to myself  watching the film.

The film that i am going to talk about is The Dark Knight Rises. I wanted to go and see this film from the adverts i saw on T.V and from the influence of my friends who also wanted to see the film, there was also a lot of influence from the media as it was one of the biggest films of the year so there was a lot of publicity surrounding the film.
The advertisements were also on billboards and on bus shelter which encouraged me to go and see it. Another contributing factor to me watching the film was that it was the last Batman film to be made and was also the end of the trilogy so i wanted to see what would happen in the end.
The actors and actresses in movie also made me want to see the film as Christian Bale who is a well known movie star and has featured in 3 Batman movies and also in The Fighter which is another well known film. Morgan freeman was also in the  movie and he is a well known actor who has featured in a lot of films such as The Shawshank Redemption. Anne Hathaway is also a very weel known actress and has been in films such as The Devil Wears Prada. so these three movie stars have a big influence on me wanting to see the film.

I really enjoyed this film as it was a gripping film that you didnt want to leave your seat even though it was a reaaly long film, the storyline was very entriguing and overall a very enjoyable movie.
